Is your property in compliance with new traffic regulations?

Federal Highway Administration Amended United State Code (U.S.C) Mandating New Traffic Sign Regulations for Public AND Private Property

New traffic sign regulations related to reflectivity, design and size are in effect for signs on private property that are open to public travel.  This includes shopping centers, condominiums and apartment complexes, hotels, hospitals, etc. In the event of an accident or injury on property, without proper signage, the property owner could be held liable.

FirePower Graphics is ready to quickly and effectively provide you with signage solutions that will comply with new traffic sign regulations. Your signs must meet the following NEW MUTCD requirements.

1. Signs on private property open to the public for travel must meet MUTCD standards on color, size, design, reflectivity and installation standards.

2. By January 2012, traffic signs must be mounted a certain height from the ground and street name sign letters must meet new minimum size requirements (shown below).

3. By January 2015 new reflectivity levels should be in place for regulatory, warning and ground mounted signs.

Let FirePower Graphics solve your visual communications challenges and get your signs up-to-date and compliant.
